Welcome to AeroScheduler. This simulation challenges your logistical efficiency, timeline logic, and spatial coordination.
Drag any live leg (Green Block) up or down to swap between aircraft. Dragging also swaps every day after
Aircraft cannot depart less than 14 hours before landing the day prior. Conflicts cost -2,000 points.
Planes landing at a different airport from their next origin trigger a blue Repo. Flight time costs points.
Submitting rewards +10 points per remaining second on the clock.
Check the boxes on any two flights, on consecutive days, to preview the hypothetical duty times, rest periods, and rolling 10/24 flight time between the selected legs. Note: Does not have to be on the same tail to check!
Goal: Drag and arrange the flights so that all aircraft schedules are conflict-free, and total repositioning flight time is kept as low as possible.
Tip: Hover over any airport code to discover its city name, or click it to view its location on Google Maps (disabled during the Introduction Puzzle).

Define rules and generate a solvable custom puzzle with random flight legs.
Load an unpublished puzzle to edit its airports, departure times, and resolve conflicts live on the board.
Permanently delete a custom puzzle and clear all associated leaderboard scores.
The default landing puzzle loaded automatically when a new candidate enters the site.
Select which Global Puzzle job applicants will take when accessing the Hiring Assessment link (?mode=hiring).
Load any candidate's FreePlay puzzle directly onto the active scheduling board to inspect their layout.
Track public IP addresses used by each registered candidate scheduler name. Selecting a player will show their recorded IP addresses in a pop-up window.
Permanently delete all scores and attempts on the leaderboard for the selected puzzle.
Permanently remove a specific score from the leaderboard for the selected puzzle, re-sequencing all subsequent attempts and updating attempt counts/penalties.

Change a player's name across all past leaderboard entries. The player's browser will automatically sync to their new name upon loading the page.
Remove a specific player's scores from the leaderboard. The next time they open the application, they will be forced to re-enter their name and start fresh.
Wipe out all leaderboard scores and player rename mappings. This forces every single user to re-enter their name and start fresh.
